What is MPX?
MPX is a customisable BOSS (Business Operating System as a Service) System - A BOSS system brings together all key cloud systems within a business together - It encapsulates ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), SCM (Supply Chain Management), Collaboration tools and more!
We created MPX to fill the void between rigid ‘off-the-shelf’ systems that don’t quite tick all the boxes, and expensive in-house development teams.
Is MPX customisable to suit my business?
We’ve got a great set-up straight off the shelf, however at the heart of MPX is the ability to book 1-on-1 development time with our code ninjas to shape the system to your exact needs. If you decide that MPX Special Projects is suitable for your business, then those days will be scheduled in every month.
Is there an extra cost for new features?
We’re continuously developing and evolving MPX to thebenefit of our community. Most of our new features are built as a direct request from one of our existing customers - and a lot of those features are made available to everyone, atno extra cost. We’ll regularly release a new version of your system, and we’ll tell you exactly what’s changed or what’s new!
That being said, if there is a feature that you specifically need, then you can book bespoke development days with our dev ninjas at a very reasonable rate.
Will I get support during onboarding?
Yes, we offer complete support during for your business to ensure a seamless transition to MPX. Our team will do an initial review to discuss your business needs, assess your current processes, and determine how our software can best support you. We can also assist you in migrating any existing data into our system, ensuring accuracy and minimal disruption to your operations.
Will I still receive support after onboarding?
Absolutely. Support doesn’t end when you’re up and running, we’re always available to help wherever you need us. No ticketing systems, no phone queues, you have direct access to us, and if it doesn’t feel like we’re part of your team then we’ve dropped the ball. We’re only a WhatsApp away.
Do I have to pay for additional users?
Nope, there’s no additional costs for extra users. As your team grows, MPX is ready to grow with it.
